Welcome to STAR NEVER FADE. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped when you shop with us at STAR NEVER FADE.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, launches, holidays, or pre-orders, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as “Pre-Order” or part of limited releases may require additional production time. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

STAR NEVER FADE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
